自由基光引发剂是目前 UV 胶的主要体系, 但存在氧阻聚、三维物体固化困难等缺点。其中, 酰基膦氧化物综合性能较好。Czech 等[25] 研究了光引发剂二苯甲酮衍生物、硫杂蒽酮衍生物等对 PSA 性能的影响。研究发现: UV 固化丙烯酸酯类胶粘剂的粘接强度随引发剂浓度减小而增大, 当引发剂( w) 为 0. 5% ~ 1. 0% 时, 胶粘剂的剥离强度相对较好; 以二苯甲酮衍生物米蚩酮作为引发剂时, 相应胶粘剂具有良好的综合性能。阳离子光引发剂的优点在于紫外光照消失后仍可发生“后固化”而继续引发聚合, 使光线不易到达的部位充分固化[26] 。与自由基光引发剂相比, 阳离子光引发剂具有收缩体积小、没有氧阻聚、可充分固化等独特优势[27] ; 但其光固化速度很慢, 品种少、价格高, 受外界环境影响大。
